You change into dry clothing, remove jewellery, and put on protective gloves, socks, and a headband before entering the chamber.

Who Should Avoid Cryotherapy

Whole-body cryotherapy is safe for most healthy adults. We screen all guests before their session. Cryotherapy is not recommended for those with:
